What are the membership levels?
We offer three membership levels: Bronze, Silver & Gold.
How do I access the building with a membership?
Once you have booked your bay online, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique access code for our entry door.
How to upgrade membership?
You can upgrade your membership anytime through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
Is there a lock in period for memberships?
Yes, we have 4 week lock in contracts for memberships.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time after your first 4 weeks, without any penalties.
